International Deans’ Course Latin America
Welcome to the IDC Latin America moodle platform
The main objective of IDC-LA is to develop a training course for recently elected Deans in LA HEI. It constitutes 3 Modules covering a wide range of topics including Strategic Planning, Human Resources Management, Internationalisation, University-Industry partnerships, and soft skills, such as leadership, communication and networking.
